I can't remember if I ever posted about me, and sleep. I believed that if I was waking up at 7 on weekdays, I wouldn't sleep as long on the actual weekend. I also knew of something else my body seemed to do. If I went to bed at 11, woke up at 6 for whatever reason and go back to sleep, I would actually stay asleep longer, until maybe 9 or 10, which'd be longer than I would have. I had always known this without really knowing why it was, so I decided to check it out.

I went to bed at 11:45 on Friday night, setting an alarm for 7am the following morning. If something went despicably wrong, say if I didn't go back to sleep, it wouldn't matter too much, as it was Saturday.

I don't remember the alarm going off. It was a complete waste of time because I didn't believe I needed to get up, so there was no sense of victory on my part. I woke up at 9:30 so I think it did actually work.
